There are major differences between traditional artificial intelligence and generative artificial intelligence.
Artificial Intelligence in general is designed for automating and processing inputs and analyzing open source data across the internet to provide an highly accurate output for the user to learn, use, or apply information from. On the other hand, generative artificial intelligence mainly focuses on creative design and content creation to help the user use the information to most likely help with their work or financial situation.
Interestingly, generative artificial intelligence uses new audios, images, and videos to provide to users rather than old ones that are found somewhere on the internet. Generative artificial intelligence does this by analyzing recognition patterns based on previous content to create new content to help create new styles and trends to appeal to the user.
Traditional methods of making content require intensive focus, studying, and practice to create content and products that are appealing to the user in order to most likely gain financial revenue. While generative artificial intelligence can do this in a fraction of the time and create more realistic and fascinating visuals for appeal.
Though, generative artificial intelligence is sort of unethical to copy and use because it restricts people from developing their own imaginative ideas and creates content that is based on a robot. However, it should be used as inspiration for ideas to develop and incorporated in one way or another to assist making a video. For example, if a person does not want to reveal their voice in a youtube video, they can paste a script for artificial intelligence to create a realistic voice that will read the script word-for-word to help them make content.
Overall, generative artificial intelligence can allow people to express their ideas even more rather than take away from it by exploring different realms of imagination and creativity.
