Artificial intelligence has evolved drastically over the last couple of years, even then there is much more to come for the full evolution of artificial intelligence in our future society.
To start, artificial intelligence helps us humans by making us more efficient in work settings and allows for innovations in the computer science field to emerge like ChatGPT. Furthermore, artificial intelligence is already taking action in the contemporary world by allowing us to limit our errors in our daily lives and increase our productivity. Even more, artificial intelligence is already replacing jobs by humans not just by the day, but by the minute.
Eventually, artificial intelligence will evolve to encompass most if not all jobs. Though the use of artificial intelligence can be especially beneficial in our society through many factors like efficiency and productivity, there are many disadvantages to implementing artificial intelligence in our society.
As mentioned earlier, artificial intelligence is replacing human jobs, which can be beneficial by reducing worker stress in the working sector of the economy, but it also takes away jobs and monetary value from humans altogether. Eventually, humans will run out of jobs altogether at some point by the pace that artificial intelligence is advancing. Not just that, but this change in the future society can occur as soon as decades.
If action is not taken soon enough, likely all of you humans reading this article will experience the takeover of artificial intelligence in society.
